Class Descriptions

Women's Boot Camp: Designed for fairly active women who want more structure and direction with their workouts. Class incorporates circuit training that helps improve arm, core, and lower body strength.

ROMEO: Designed for men who may be fearful of falling with a focus on improving dynamic balance and ability to perform functional activities. Class includes use of specialized equipment used to improve stability.  

JULIET: Designed for women who may be fearful of falling with a focus on improving dynamic balance and ability to perform functional activities. Class includes use of specialized equipment used to improve stability.  *Dates and Time TBD

ReBalance: Designed for women who enjoy incorporating reformer pilates in their weekly workout routine along with other specialized equipment including stability chair, and Biodex Balance system.

Flow & Tone Yoga: Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-synchronized flow of postures, which builds heat, endurance, and flexibility while linking the body and mind through movement and breath. It is a challenging and creative form of yoga, focusing on fluid transition between postures and conscious breath.

Toned Arms: Designed for active women who feel they need more structure with their upper body training. Class incorporates circuit training that helps improve arm strength and posture.
